# What everything means

A tour of the MomoX3 system — every signal, bubble, cloud, band, and pane, what it is, and what it's telling you. New here? Do the [setup guide](https://www.momox.io/docs) first so you're looking at live data.

## The header

The strip along the top reads the market and your connection at a glance.

Ticker box SPY Type any symbol and hit enter to load it in the focused pane. **Futures load with the slash prefix** — /ES, /NQ, /YM, /RTY, /GC, /SI and the micros (/MES, /MNQ, /MGC, /SIL); bare ES stays the equity. The **◇ button** beside the box is the **load list**: **Default** loads the ticker you typed, **★ Gold Mags** loads the Gold Mags list, and the **sectors** load a whole industry group (sectors are part of AscensionX3). The button wears whichever group you loaded. Linking panes lives on each chart instead: the **link icon on the pane's label** puts panes in a colour group, and panes in the same group all change together when you load a new ticker. Timeframe 5m The candle size for the focused pane — from 1-minute up through daily, with a custom option. Every signal engine runs on all timeframes regardless of which one you're looking at. Range 30D How far back the chart loads, in days. More days = more context for the higher-timeframe clouds and levels. Trend readout LOW SQUEEZE The engine's one-line read of the symbol, next to the live price and day change: **BULL ↑** or **BEAR ↓** when one side is driving, **· FADING** when that momentum is cooling, and squeeze states like **LOW SQUEEZE** when compression is building instead. Below it runs the tape line — **O H L C** of the current bar, day **Vol**ume, **RVOL** (relative volume vs. normal), and the exchange timestamp. Live pill ● LIVE The real-time stream toggle for the focused pane — green when streaming. **SAMPLE DATA** in the header means no market-data keys yet: the chart is a demo until you finish [setup](https://www.momox.io/docs#alpaca). Feed selector SCHWAB Which live feed drives the stream — click to cycle: **IEX** (Alpaca free — real-time but only **~2% of US volume**: quiet stretches pre-market and after-hours, thinner candles during market hours; each bar upgrades to full-market data once the 16-minute consolidated tape catches up; an amber *IEX quiet* note appears beside the pill when no IEX trade has printed for a while) → **SCHWAB** (**100% of US volume**, real-time, free after [connecting Schwab](https://www.momox.io/docs#schwab)) → **SIP** (Alpaca's paid full-market feed, if you have it). Alerts bell Price alerts — armed levels, hits, voice alerts, and the chime picker. The orange dot means alerts are armed. MomoX3 chimes (or speaks) when price gets there. **Set one by right-clicking the chart** at the price you want; the ↻ mark on an armed alert means it's persistent — it re-arms itself after firing. Watchlist Your symbol lists. Click a symbol to load it in the focused pane; manage multiple lists from the switcher. News Headlines for the loaded symbol, right next to the chart. The button opens the **News** window in the [right dock]; type any ticker in its box, or click its link icon to put it in a chart's colour group so it follows that chart. Options chain overlay Opens the [options dock] — the chain, High-OI view, and the overlay that draws walls and ±EM lines on the chart. Chart layout Pane arrangements — single chart or multi-pane grids, each pane with its own symbol and timeframe. Pick from 1 chart up to 18: side by side, stacked, a big chart with two small ones, or two rows. Trading Journal 📓 Opens your trade journal — every logged Trade Recap, stats, calendar, and goals (full tour in [The Trading Journal]). A cyan badge on the button means unread mentor notes are waiting. Support chat retired The in-app **?** chat has been retired — there's no support button in the header any more. For help, DM **@SupportX3** on Discord. Ask anything — setup, your account, how a feature works — and it answers from the official guides, hands you the right link, or passes it to a person when one is needed. Billing changes and trade advice always stay human. Key button 🔑 Opens the **Market data keys** dialog — where your Alpaca and Schwab keys go. Keys live only in your browser and travel only with your own data requests; MomoX3's servers never keep them. Update pill Reload to update MomoX3 ships improvements constantly. When a new version is live, this pill appears — one click reloads into it (see [What's New](https://www.momox.io/changelog)). Your session never hot-swaps mid-trade; updates only apply when you reload.

## The pane toolbar

The small buttons on every chart: the label at the top-left, the toolbar row at the top-right, the cluster at the bottom-right.

On a fresh install the toolbar starts tucked away. Click ‹ at the chart's top-right to open it. Each chart has its own toolbar, so two charts can look different. Hover any button to see its name.

### The toolbar row (top-right, left to right)

| Control | Does |
| --- | --- |
| Show toolbar ‹ · Hide toolbar › | Opens or tucks this chart's toolbar row. Tucked, only Chart styles and the chevron stay on screen. |
| Signal visibility (families × timeframes) | The tag icon: which bubble families show on which timeframes, plus the JEV letters, ghost bubbles and the OB/OS wedges (see [Signals]). |
| Auto-fib layers | Fibonacci levels drawn by themselves off recent swings: **5m 10 · 5m 20 · 5m 40**, **4h 40 · 4h 20**, **D 40 · D 20 · D 10**. Each layer has its own Fill and labels; **Master** slides them together; **Days** sets how far back they show. |
| Levels | Each click steps: full length, then from the last candle that touched each line, then off. The popup holds each group's Fill, labels, Days and the **HL** Hi/Lo bubbles (see [Key levels]). |
| High-OI overlay | Each click steps: on, then walls from their last touch, then off. The popup holds **Top** (walls per side), the date button (*Show the expiration date on the overlay labels*), **In ±EM**, **Colors**, **Wall numbers** and **Days**. |
| Signal clouds | Faint shaded boxes behind each 4x8, MACD, 9x20 and squeeze-fire signal, spanning its timeframe's candle. The cloud icon steps: on, then **TODAY only**, then off. Its popup sets each family's fill, a **Master** slider and **Days**. |
| Squeeze bands | Opens the tier × timeframe matrix: the **High**, **Mid** and **Low** squeeze bands per timeframe, drawn on price. Click again with the menu open to switch them all off, again to bring them back. |
| Candle wicks/borders | Three steps: chain colours on every wick and border, wicks that match the body, or the body plus the squeeze/fire chain colours. |
| Candle animation | The glow on fired candles: style × signal picker, market hours only (see [Signal settings]). |
| MA lines | Moving-average lines on price: EMA 9, 21, 50 and SMA 200, each with its own colour, style and an optional split colour (bullish above, bearish below). **Ribbons** turns the EMA ribbon clouds on or off on every chart. |
| Critical times | Vertical lines at the session's key times (ET): 9:30 AM Open (Retail), 10:00 AM Smart Money, 11:30 AM Retrace (Lunch), 1:00 PM 2H (4h Candle), 1:30 PM Smart Money, 3:00 PM Power Hour, 4:00 PM Close. Fill and Days in the popup. |
| Extended-hours highlight | The moon: shades pre-market and after-hours on price, with its own colour and fill. |
| Chart styles | Save or load a named look. **+ New style** saves this chart's look under a name; pick a saved style, then **pane** or **all**; **Reset** puts every chart back to the original MomoX3 style (it asks *sure?* first). |

### The bottom-right cluster and the price axis

| Control | Does |
| --- | --- |
| Price lock | Glues the live price to where it sits in the chart right now, at your exact zoom (see [Price lock]). |
| Candle glide | Smooths the forming candle between price frames. Off = tick-by-tick stepping. The data stays tick-exact either way. |
| Bars ahead | Empty runway right of the newest candle (see [Bars ahead]). |
| Vertical padding | Click once to add space above and below the candles and type how much (0–45 %); click again to turn it off. |
| Maximize / restore | On a multi-chart layout: blows one chart up to the whole grid, and back. |
| Hide price axis › · Show price axis ‹ | The small wedge by the price axis folds the axis away for more chart, and brings it back. |

### The squeeze stack's own buttons

| Control | Does |
| --- | --- |
| Squeeze stack — show/hide histogram timeframes | The menu of timeframes (5M 15M 30M 1H 2H 4H D W): tick the histograms the stack draws. |
| Fading colors · Squeeze active | Swap the fading hues, and make active squeezes pop while the rest gray out (see [The squeeze stack]). |
| Structure labels | The [structure pills]: each click steps off, then your timeframes, then every lane. A **Days** box shows under it while labels are on. |
| Extended-hours shading (stack pane only) | The stack's own moon: shades pre-market and after-hours on the stack. |
| Critical-time verticals (stack pane only) | The same key-time lines as the price chart, drawn on the stack (lines only, no labels). |
| Hide the stack buttons · Show the stack buttons | The chevron folds the stack's buttons away; the choice holds on every chart. |

### The chart's label (top-left)

| Control | Does |
| --- | --- |
| Link symbol | Puts the chart in a colour group; charts in one group change ticker together. |
| Edit ticker | Click the symbol, type a new one, press Enter. Esc keeps the old one. Linked charts follow. |
| Timeframe | Click it for this chart's timeframe list, with **Custom…** at the end. |
| Lookback | Click it for how many days this chart loads: the default, 5D up to 2Y, **Max**, or **Custom…** to type a number. |
| Last price · Day change | Display only: the live price and today's change. |
| γ pill Ascension + MomoX3 | Reads **+γ PINNED** (gold) or **−γ TRENDING** (white) with the price where it flips. PINNED: dealers tend to damp moves. TRENDING: they tend to push them. A dotted gold **γ flip** line marks that price. Schwab chain only. Turn it off with **γ pill + flip** in the High-OI popup. |
| OI date tag | The grey tag beside the γ pill, like OI 10/19 · live 12s: the open-interest date and how long ago the last options chain landed. |

| Key | Does |
| --- | --- |
| Enter | In the label's ticker or lookback box: loads it. |
| Esc | In the label's ticker or lookback box: cancels and keeps the old value. |

**What is saved where:** each chart's toolbar choices ride its layout. The main window's layout stays on this device; named workspaces, saved Chart styles and most look settings follow your account when [Sync across devices] is on.

**What it is not:** the γ pill is a model estimate from yesterday's open interest, not a report of dealer positions. A wall is where open interest sits, not a promise that price stops there.

## Signals & the squeeze stack

The heart of MomoX3: a squeeze-fire engine that watches every timeframe at once and tells you when momentum ignites — and when the timeframes agree.

Signal bubbles Call1h · p30 A bubble prints on the chart when a timeframe's squeeze **fires** — compression releasing into a directional move. **Green Call bubbles** mark bullish fires, **orange/red Put bubbles** mark bearish ones, each labeled with its timeframe (5, 15, 30m, 1h, 2h, 4h, D). Several bubbles stacking near each other = multiple timeframes aligning, which is exactly the condition the system exists to catch. JEV grades A+ · B · – A **ringed letter** beside a **4x8**, **MACD** or **9x20** bubble is its JEV grade: **A+**, **A**, **B**, **C**, or a grey **–** for no trade. It grades how completely the setup meets the gameplan checklist — not whether the trade will pay. Squeeze fires aren't graded, and letters show on the **last 5 trading sessions** only. **Click a bubble** to open its checklist. The **JEV** toggle in the signal popup turns the letters off for that chart; it's on by default. Ghost (provisional) bubbles A bubble drawn as **bare colored text with no balloon** is provisional — its bar hasn't closed yet, so the fire could still un-happen. It solidifies into a full bubble when the bar settles. There's a corner toggle in the signal popup if you'd rather not see provisionals at all. Signal settings & animations The signal popup also holds the **fire animations** — the glow around fired candles — with selectable styles (Aurora, Charge, Echo, Fireflies) and per-signal toggles (Fire, 4x8, 9x20, MACD). Animations run **only for the current day's session, during market hours** — a performance choice, so older fires show as plain bubbles. One symbol animating while another doesn't just means nothing fired today on the quiet one. The squeeze stack The compact rows near the bottom of the pane — one row per timeframe. Each dot shows that timeframe's squeeze state: **compressing** (energy building) or **released/fired**. Reading the stack top-to-bottom tells you instantly which timeframes are loaded and which already went. Click a row to **spotlight** it — the chart isolates that timeframe's story; click away to restore. The stack's corner buttons tune it: a timeframe menu for which histograms show, a **fading-colors swap** (dim hue previews where momentum is heading), and a **squeeze highlight** that makes active squeezes pop while the rest gray out. EMA bias legend The small cyan/magenta bubble column by the pane logo: each bubble is one timeframe's **9/21-EMA bias** — cyan bullish, magenta bearish. A bubble split by a diagonal means the fast pair and the 50-EMA disagree (mixed tape). It's the fastest "who's in control per timeframe" read on the chart. Momo wave The oscillator pane below price: momentum thrust above/below the zero line, colored by direction. Waves growing = momentum expanding; waves shrinking back toward zero = the move exhausting. Stochastic pane An overbought/oversold pair (fast cyan, slow orange) with rails at 10 and 90 — the same math as the ThinkorSwim StochasX study, to the bar. When the fast line pins a rail while the squeeze stack is loading, you're watching a move coil at an extreme. Reversal wedges OB/OS · REV The chevrons above tops and below bottoms — the stochastic crossing back from overbought/oversold. The **OB/OS button** in the signal popup cycles four modes, and the default is **REV**: one wedge per overbought/oversold visit, placed at the visit's price extreme, so the chevron marks *the* turn instead of every rail cross. A **doubled wedge ⏫** is the majors marker — the reversal came off a fresh session high/low, rejected the ichimoku span or a High-OI wall, or printed classic divergence (price pushed a new extreme while momentum didn't). The other clicks: **OB/OS** shows every regular-hours cross, **OB/OS@Lvl** only crosses that touch a level (pivots, moving averages, ichimoku, fib 50s, High-OI walls), then off. Per-pane, like the rest of the popup.

## The Legend

The strip along the bottom of the app: what each colour on the squeeze histogram and the clouds means.

Click Legend at the bottom-left to show or hide the colour key. The clock at its right end picks your display timezone.

| Control | Does |
| --- | --- |
| Legend ◂ | Shows or hides the colour key; the chart keeps its colours either way. |
| ↑ Rising | Cyan histogram bar: momentum above 0 and growing. |
| ↓ Falling | Magenta histogram bar: momentum below 0 and growing more negative. |
| ↑ Ascend | Dark teal bar: momentum still below 0 but rising back toward it. |
| ↓ Descend | Dark purple bar: momentum still above 0 but falling back toward it. |
| Mid Squeeze · High Squeeze | The squeeze dots: orange = a mid squeeze, white = a high (tighter) squeeze. Compression is building. |
| Fire Bull · Fire Bear | A ringed dot: the squeeze fired, cyan ring bullish, magenta ring bearish. |
| EMA Cloud bull · bear | The cloud colours on price: cyan bull, magenta bear. |
| Clock | Your display timezone; tap it to pick another US zone (see [Display timezone]). |
| Hi/Lo bubbles | White callouts on the high and low of the last N sessions, on intraday charts. They move to today's high or low once price breaks them. Set N with **HL** in the Levels popup (0 = off). |

**What is saved where:** the Legend's open or closed state stays on this device.

**What it is not:** a colour says what momentum is doing now. It is not a forecast of the next bar.

## Structure pills

The small capsules on the squeeze histogram. Each one names a swing in momentum, judged against the swing before it.

HH · higher high
cyan Momentum over 0 broke above its previous high. Bullish strength. HL · higher low
red Momentum under 0 turned up without breaking its previous low. Buyers are defending. LH · lower high
green Momentum over 0 turned down without breaking its previous high. Sellers are in control. LL · lower low
magenta Momentum under 0 broke below its previous low. Bearish strength. DV · divergence
violet Divergence. Price came back to the low (or undercut it) while the histogram made a higher low, or the mirror at a high. The pill reads **DV** in violet (it read HL div / LH div before Oct 2026; the legend image above still shows those). A hint the move is tiring. Shown only inside a squeeze. HL run · LH run
HL green LH red The pills after a DV that keep confirming it: HLs after a divergence at a low, LHs after one at a high. Their colors swap (HL green, LH red) to show they belong to the div's run, until an LL or an HH breaks it. When pills show Only during squeezes, plus a few bars either side. Each pill is judged against the previous pill on its side (highs against highs, lows against lows), and the dashed line joins the pills within one squeeze. The small tick points at the swing; on an HH it points up and on an LL down, the way momentum broke.

## Clouds, bands & levels

Everything painted on the price itself: where momentum lives, where options math says the day should stay, and where the big open interest sits.

Momentum clouds The layered clouds behind price — one per timeframe, built from that timeframe's EMAs. **Teal** clouds are bullish, **magenta** bearish; higher-timeframe clouds are the wide slow-moving ones. Price riding above stacked teal clouds is trend; price chopping through mixed colors is not. **Ribbons** in the MA lines popup (the wave icon on the [pane toolbar]) turns them on or off on every chart. **Signal clouds** are different: the faint shaded boxes behind a **4x8**, **MACD**, **9x20** or squeeze-fire signal, as wide as that timeframe's candle. The cloud button on the pane toolbar steps **on → TODAY only → off**; its popup gives each family its own fill (0 hides it) and a **Days** slider. Ichi projection tails The forward-projected cloud edges. Their color reflects the **live** close-versus-span relationship, so a tail only turns cyan when price has actually reclaimed the span — no premature flips. Expected-move bands ±EM The olive/yellow bands: the day's **options-implied range**, captured from the option chain at the open and then **frozen** — they're a fixed map for the session, not a repainting guess. Bands only draw when a real capture exists (no placeholders), and deeper EM rings dim at most gently so they stay readable. Price reaching a band edge is reaching what the options market priced as the day's move. As the day matures, fresh generations capture the live straddle — ±EM.2H at 1pm ET and ±EM.PH at 3pm ET — and a new generation **swells briefly** as it prints. High-OI strike underlines Horizontal underlines at the strikes carrying the **largest open interest** — the market's magnets. The chart's **High-OI button** cycles **on → last touch → off**: the first click draws them full length, the second starts each wall at the last candle that touched its strike, and the third hides them. On the chart every wall takes its colour from where price is, like the Levels lines: **green while price is above the wall, red at or below it**, and the colour changes live as price crosses. The **Colors** row in the High-OI popup switches that chart to **cyan/magenta**. Calls vs puts still show in the dock's chain and High OI tab, where the **S/D** box sets how many sessions back price must have tested a strike to colour it green or red (see [the right dock]). Call / Put walls The single biggest OI strikes each side, drawn as wall lines on the chart. Price often stalls, pins, or fights at a wall — knowing where they are is half the day's map. The ±EM toggle in the dock draws the expected-move lines alongside them. Key levels (the lvl button) Each chart's corner lvl button opens the levels engine — daily-derived reference lines drawn to the right edge with price tags (pDH, wPP, …). Every group has its own **Fill** control, and some ship at 0 so the chart starts clean — raise a group's Fill to reveal it: **Prev H/L** — previous day / week / month highs and lows (on by default). **Prev O/C** — previous day / week / month **opens and closes**, drawn dashed — including pDC, the previous day close (ships at Fill 0; raise it for gap days). **Moving averages** — EMA 9/21/50/200 and SMA 50/200 computed on daily, weekly, and monthly closes. **Pivots** — standard and Person's pivots, weekly and monthly, dashed. Levels ride every pane timeframe, and the right-edge tags can be toggled off — the lines stay either way.

## The options dock

The right-side dock turns the option chain into chart context.

Chain The live chain for the loaded symbol — calls and puts by strike with volume and open interest. The **strikes-per-side** control sets how much of the ladder you see (High-OI strikes always show). High OI view The chain reduced to what matters: the top open-interest strikes per side — the same levels that drive the chart's underlines and walls. One shared count controls both the view and the chart. Overlay Sends the dock's read onto the chart: High-OI underlines, walls, and the ±EM lines. Toggle each piece independently — chart context without leaving the tape. In ±EM filter An **On / Off** button in the High-OI popup. On shows only the High-OI strikes **inside the active expected-move band** (plus one strike outside each edge); Off shows them all. It's set once for intraday charts and once for daily-and-up. Pure display — the Top-# picks and their ranks never change. The active band follows the day: the open capture first, then ±EM.2H from 1pm ET and ±EM.PH from 3pm ET.

## Tools & panes

Drawing toolbar Left rail: cursor, lines, shapes, fibs, arrows, text and the marks. Every tool is **one-shot**: place a drawing and you're back on the cursor. Arrow marker, Brush and Highlighter stay armed for 5 seconds after each mark, so you can add a few in a row. Esc exits any tool at once. While a tool is held, hovering an existing drawing shows a grab cursor: clicking it selects and moves it instead of placing a new one. Every tool by name: [Drawing tools]. Floating mini charts The **drag-a-box tool** in the rail pops a **full chart pane in a movable window** — its own symbol, timeframe, signals, everything — floating above the layout. Click a window to raise it; drag to place it; ✕ closes. Cloning from a pane carries that pane's exact zoom so you keep your framing. Its title bar holds **Hide drawings on this chart-on-chart**, **Clone this chart-on-chart**, **📌 Pin this chart-on-chart above the others** and **– Minimize** to its title bar (click again to restore); drag its edges or corners to resize it. Price lock The follow-the-tape toggle (left of the bars-ahead control): keeps your zoom while snapping the view to the newest bar at every close, horizontally and vertically. Set your zoom once, and the chart stays on the action. Bars ahead How much empty runway stays to the right of the newest candle, set from the **bars-ahead button at the bottom-right of each pane**. There are **two values**: one for **intraday** charts (default **10**) and one for **daily and up** (default **2**). Changing it on a pane moves every open chart of that kind, the other kind keeps its own, and your zoom stays. Candle-close countdown The badge on the price axis counts down to the current bar's close, in the pane's own timeframe. Display timezone Tap the **clock in the pane legend** to pick your display timezone (US zones). Display only — every engine and session boundary stays on exchange time (ET). Sub-studies + The + at the pane's bottom-left manages the lower panes — volume, the squeeze stack, the oscillators — and studies, including **session-anchored VWAP** on intraday charts. Workspaces In the profile menu: save named workspaces — your layout, symbols, and settings as a set. Clicking a saved workspace **opens it as its own window, exactly where it last was**; **New workspace…** starts a fresh named window (a second monitor can hold a different setup); the ✕ deletes one (click twice to confirm). A named workspace **saves itself** into the list when its window closes — those rows show *(last open)* — and after a browser restart the app **reopens every workspace automatically** once you allow pop-ups for app.momox.io (one-time browser setting; otherwise a reopen banner offers them). Pane splits Drag the dividers between price, volume, the stack, and the oscillator panes to resize them — your sizes persist per pane across reloads. Timeframe rows toggle The row of timeframe pills that used to sit at the pane's bottom-left is gone. To declutter down to the timeframes you trade: the squeeze stack's timeframe menu (top-right of the stack, 5M 15M 30M 1H 2H 4H D W) picks which histograms it draws, and **Signal visibility** on the [pane toolbar] picks which timeframes print bubbles, family by family.

### Managing drawings

| Control | Does |
| --- | --- |
| Bring forward · Send backward | Moves the selected drawing one step in front of or behind the drawings it overlaps. A horizontal or vertical line can go all the way behind the candles. |
| Drawing sets | Separate sets of drawings per ticker. Click a set to switch; **+ New set** adds a blank one, **⧉ Clone set** copies what is on screen; click the active set's name to rename it, ✕ deletes it. |
| Alerts — options | The bell on the rail, for this ticker: show or hide its alerts, **Alert every High-OI level**, the alert dotted line (all · only off High-OI levels · off, per chart), the bell icon on the chart, and **Remove ALL** its alerts. |
| Clear all | Deletes every drawing on this ticker's current set (it asks first). |

| Lock all drawings · Unlock all drawings | Locked, clicks pass through to the chart: nothing selects, moves or edits until you unlock. |
| Style bar | Opens on the selected drawing: colour, line style and width, arrow ends, a line label, extend left or right, price and date labels, fill and border, text style. **Save this style as the default for this tool** keeps the look for the next one. |
| Duplicate | On the style bar: copies the selected drawing just beside the original and selects the copy. from 3.205.65x ⌘/Ctrl + D does the same. |
| Delete | On the style bar (🗑), or press Delete / Backspace with a drawing selected. |
| Hide · Show hidden from 3.205.65x | **Hide** on the style bar takes a drawing off the chart but keeps it. **Show hidden (N)** in the Drawing sets menu lists them with Show and Delete. |
| Undo · Redo from 3.205.65x | ⌘/Ctrl + Z undoes the last drawing change (place, move, restyle, delete, clear all); ⌘/Ctrl + Shift + Z or ⌘/Ctrl + Y redoes it. Reloading clears the history. |
| Middle-click tools menu | Middle-click the chart (on a Mac trackpad: Option + two-finger tap) for a two-column menu of the drawing tools at the pointer. Another middle-click closes it. |
| Grab-to-move | With a tool held, hover a drawing for the grab cursor and drag it; clicking empty space still places. |

| Key | Does |
| --- | --- |
| Esc | Drops the tool, finishes a zig-zag, or deselects the drawing. |
| Enter | Finishes a zig-zag. |
| Delete / Backspace | Removes the selected drawing. |
| ⌘/Ctrl-click (Zoom tool) | Zooms out. |

| ⌘/Ctrl + D from 3.205.65x | Duplicate the selected drawing. |

**What is saved where:** drawings are saved per ticker on this device and show on every chart of that ticker, any timeframe. Your default styles per tool follow your account with Sync across devices on; the magnet and the lock stay on this device.

**What it is not:** a Project ROI card is a model of what the option could be worth at your target, not a quote or a fill.

## Alerts

Price alerts and squeeze alerts: where you set them, where they reach you, and how to change them.

Right-click the chart at a price to set an alert. The bell lists armed alerts, hits, voice and sound. Right-click the squeeze stack to be alerted when a histogram crosses 0.

| Control | Does |
| --- | --- |
| Right-click the chart | **🔔 Alert @** the price you clicked, plus any High-OI wall, level, ±EM line, moving average or line of yours sitting right there. |
| 🔔 Alert when histogram crosses 0 | Right-click the squeeze stack: tick the timeframes (the one under your cursor is ticked already, **All** ticks every one), then **Set alert**. It fires when that histogram reaches 0 from either side. |
| Price alerts bell | The header bell: **Armed alerts**, **Hit history**, **Voice alert** and **Sound alert**. The orange dot means at least one alert is armed. |
| Edit · Remove | In the Armed list, click an alert's price to edit it; ✕ removes it. On the chart, drag the alert line to move it; tap its bell for the price editor. |
| Clear all | Clears every armed alert. Click it twice: the first click turns it into **Confirm?** for 3 seconds. |
| ↻ Persistent · Every time | Double-tap a price alert's bell on the chart to make it re-arm itself after it fires (↻). Double-click a zero-cross alert in the list to switch between once and every time. |
| 💬 DM me on Discord | On / Off: SupportX3 DMs you when an alert fires, while MomoX3 is open on any device. Not linked yet? The row offers **Connect Discord**. |
| 📱 Push to this device | On / Off per device: a push reaches this phone or computer even while another one is in use. On an iPhone, install the app to your home screen first. |
| ▶ Send test alert | Fires one test alert down every lane you have switched on (Discord DM and push). |
| Alert every High-OI level | In the rail's [Alerts — options] bell: arms an alert on every High-OI wall of this ticker in one click. |

| Key | Does |
| --- | --- |
| Right-click | On the price chart: the alert menu at that price. On the squeeze stack: the zero-cross alert menu. |
| ↑ · ↓ | In the price editor: nudge the alert up or down by 0.01. |
| Enter | In the price editor: set the new price. |
| Esc | Closes the price editor or the alert menu without a change. |

**What is saved where:** price alerts follow your account to every device. Zero-cross alerts are saved in this browser and fire while a chart of that symbol is open. Push is switched on per device; the Discord DM switch is per account.

**What it is not:** an alert tells you price got there. It does not place or close a trade.

## Heat map, ScannerX3 & news

The windows the header opens beside your charts: the heat map, the ScannerX3 board and its Live News.

Click a tile in the heat map to load that ticker on your chart. Click a sector to zoom into it; Esc goes back.

### Heat map

| Control | Does |
| --- | --- |
| SPY · QQQ · DIA · BIG 3 · OVERLAP | The tabs: one index's holdings, all three together, or the three drawn as nested outlines. Tile size = weight in the index, colour = today's change. |
| Bull · Bear strip | Under the title: the sectors pushing up and the ones pulling down. Click a sector there to open it. |
| Sector label | Click it to zoom into that sector. **‹ back** (or Esc) returns to every sector; the breadcrumb's first part returns to the whole index. |
| A tile | Loads that ticker on the focused chart; the heat map stays open. |
| Refresh now ⟳ | Pulls fresh colours now. *as of … holdings* shows the date of the index weights. |

### ScannerX3

| Control | Does |
| --- | --- |
| Link symbol | While linked, clicking a row loads that ticker on every chart in the colour group, in any window. |
| Source | 📡 SCAN (**BULL** hunts long momentum, **BEAR** hunts short, or both) or your **☰ WATCH** lists. Type tickers and **+ list** saves them as a list. |
| ALL · ⚡ | The board filter: **ALL** shows every studied row; **⚡** shows only the names that pass the gate and carry a signal. |
| ƒ custom scan | Shows the expression bar, e.g. rvol.5 >= 2 AND (squeeze.4h OR fire.2h); Enter applies, empty clears. 💾 saves it under a name, the list re-applies a saved scan, 🗑 deletes it. The ƒ glows gold while a filter is live. |
| 📰 Live news | Every headline on this board, in the board's order, in its own window. Right-click it to dock it in a side column. |
| Refetch now ↻ | Runs a fresh pass now. The scanner also runs one by itself every time it opens. |
| Scanner settings ⚙ | Extra universe tickers and industry re-labels. |
| X3 | Skittles ⇄ Legend: lit, the SKIT cells wear the chart's EMA-bias legend colours; off, the classic Skittles colours. Same numbers either way. |
| Dock ⇄ float | Puts the scanner in the right column beside the options chain, or floats it over the chart. |
| Clone | Opens another ScannerX3 window. |
| Sector tags | Click a sector to show only its names; ⌘/Ctrl-click adds more sectors to the filter. |
| 🎤 💼 💊 🏛 | Company events on a row: an investor day or conference talk, an insider buy, an FDA action, a government contract. |

### Live News

| Control | Does |
| --- | --- |
| Swap places with the scanner | When Live News is docked: trades places with the scanner. |
| Undock | Live News goes back to its own window. |

| Key | Does |
| --- | --- |
| Esc | In the heat map: closes the open sector first, then the heat map. |
| ⌘/Ctrl-click | On a ScannerX3 sector: adds it to the sector filter instead of replacing it. |
| Enter | In the ƒ bar: applies the custom scan. |

**What is saved where:** the heat map's tab stays on this device. ScannerX3's columns, sorts, saved ƒ scans, lists and settings follow your account with Sync across devices on.

**What it is not:** a name on the scanner is a list to study, not a buy signal on its own. ScannerX3 shows for members whose plan includes it.

## The daily plan

PLAN in the header: write the day's limits before the open, and let the app hold you to them.

Set a max loss and a stop count before the open. Mark each stop; at your count the day reads DONE.

| Control | Does |
| --- | --- |
| PLAN · PLAN 1/2 · DONE | The header button: opens the card. With a stop count set it shows stops so far (1/2); **DONE** once the day is done. |
| Max loss today · Stop count · Enough today · Size unit | Your four numbers for the day: the most you'll lose, how many stops end the day, the gain that is enough, and your size. |
| If-then | Three lines of your own rules, like "if stopped twice, then done for the day". |
| Stops today | The count so far, "Stops today: 1 of 2". A loss logged in your journal counts too. |
| Mark a stop · Undo | Mark a stop as it happens; Undo takes back the last mark. |
| Done for today · Not done | Ends the day by hand, or reopens it. |
| The DONE banner | "Done for the day — 2 stops, the plan said 2" across the chart. Click it to hide it until tomorrow. |
| The evening line | From 3:00 PM ET, if a tier-1 report prints at 8:30 AM ET tomorrow, the card says so: no 0DTE overnight. |

| Key | Does |
| --- | --- |
| Esc | Closes the plan card. |

**What is saved where:** signed in, the plan and today's stops are saved to your account and show on every device; signed out, on this browser only. The hover on PLAN says which. A new ET day starts with no stops marked.

**What it is not:** the plan does not block or close trades. It keeps the count and tells you when your own rule says stop.

## The Trading Journal

Built-in trade journaling — because the members who improve fastest are the ones who log everything.

Trade Recap Log a trade right from the chart — side, strike and expiry for options, entry, exit, size — and the recap **self-fills what the chart already knows**, so a log takes seconds, not minutes. Real and paper trades both count (marked apart), and futures log the same way. With the **Trade recap** tool on the left rail, click the entry candle, then the exit candle; the strike and expiry popup fills the option prices. Notes, tags & grades Every recap takes free-form notes, your own **custom tags**, a letter grade, and a chart screenshot — the context that makes a journal worth re-reading. Stats, calendar & goals The journal rolls your entries into winrate, P/L (real and paper kept separate), a trading calendar, and weekly views. Set **goals** — portfolio size, target %, risk % — and the journal tracks you against them. Export everything as CSV any time. Mentor notes In the mentorship programs, your mentor reads your journal and leaves notes on specific trades — a cyan badge on the journal button means unread notes are waiting. Share to Discord Turn any recap into a share card and post it to the community recap channel in one click — your call whether the $ P/L rides along.

## Account & data

Profile menu Top-left avatar: set your display name and picture, manage billing (update card, invoices, cancel), and grab your **referral link — give $25, get $25**: friends get $25 off their first month, you get a $25 credit when they subscribe. Where your keys live Alpaca and Schwab keys are stored **only in your browser** and attach only to your own data requests. Use a normal window — private/incognito windows forget keys when closed. If this browser clears site data on exit, a pill says **Your keys are live but NOT saved**; **Fix it** shows how to keep them. Schwab session Schwab requires a fresh sign-in every **7 days** — MomoX3 warns you a day early, and with **⚡ 1-click** enabled the reconnect is two clicks: Connect Schwab → approve on Schwab's page, the rest finishes itself ([guide](https://www.momox.io/docs#schwab)). Between sign-ins it refreshes itself silently. The banner says which case you're in: **expires within a day** (reconnect before the open), **expires in <24h** (the stream is still live), or **weekly sign-in needed**, when quotes, chains, ±EM and the scanner's sweep are paused until you reconnect (about 30 seconds). Devices & sessions Your subscription covers **up to 3 devices actively using the app** — signing in on a 4th bumps the oldest. Academy-only sign-ins (reading [/learn](https://app.momox.io/learn)) never count against the 3. Schwab allows one live connection per app — MomoX3's cloud holds it *for* you and shares it, so **all your devices stream Schwab at the same time**; each device just does its own quick 7-day sign-in for its options chains + ±EM. That is what the banner **Schwab is already streaming through your cloud connection** means: sign in on this device too, and your other devices keep streaming. Making everything bigger Use your **browser zoom** — Cmd/Ctrl + (or the browser menu → Zoom). The whole app scales together, and Chrome remembers the level per site, so set it once for app.momox.io and it sticks. Hi-res monitors also get an automatic boost on the small chart labels out of the box. Install as an app MomoX3 is a web app — use your browser's **Install** / **Add to Home Screen** and it opens in its own clean window with its own icon, on desktop and mobile alike. Same app, always current. SAMPLE DATA The demo tape shown before your keys are connected. Everything works — signals, clouds, dock — but the prices aren't live. Finish [setup](https://www.momox.io/docs#alpaca) to go live. The key card carries two short setup videos that play right inside it: **Step 1: Connect Alpaca** and **Step 2: Connect Schwab**.

**What it is not:** Sign out everywhere ends sessions on your devices. It does not change your subscription.

| 👾 Your Discord roles are waiting · Connect Discord | Your Discord account isn't linked yet. Two clicks link it so your roles arrive; ✕ hides it for 7 days. |

| 🖥️ Reopen workspaces | After a browser restart: your named workspaces, one click each (see [Workspaces]). |
| futures live on another device · tap to use here | The grey line under the feed pill: overnight futures stream on one device per account. Tap to move them to this one. |
| IEX quiet | The amber note beside the feed pill: no IEX trade has printed for a while (see [Feed selector]). |

**What is saved where:** a pill you hide stays hidden for this visit (the Discord one for 7 days, on this device).

**What it is not:** a pill never signs you out or changes anything by itself. Every fix waits for your click.

## Replay from 3.205.65x

A finished SPY or QQQ session played back bar by bar, with paper options to practise on. For Ascension members on MomoX3.

Replay plays back a past SPY or QQQ session, exactly as it looked live. Practice only, not live, not advice.

| Control | Does |
| --- | --- |
| Replay a day Ascension + MomoX3 | The header button: opens a past session in its own replay window. |
| Symbol · Day | The two pickers on the replay bar: SPY or QQQ, and which finished session. |
| ▶ Play the day · ⏸ Pause | Starts and stops the playback; it reads ▶ Resume after a pause. |
| 1x · 5x · 10x | Playback speed. |
| The scrubber | Drag along the session to jump to any minute; the time beside it starts at 9:30 AM ET. |
| ◀ Back · Next ▶ | Jump to the previous or next moment the system called. |
| Naked chart | Strips every layer to bare candles, and back. |
| 🎫 Paper ticket | Buy the day's real contracts. A fill = that minute's real average traded price, plus or minus the larger of 1¢ and 1 %. Open positions settle at 4:00 PM ET. |
| ⌖ Project ROI | On the left rail in a replay: click an entry, then a target, to see what the option could return, then paper-buy it. |

**What is saved where:** closed paper trades go to your journal as practice · replay. The day loads with your own data keys.

**What it is not:** not the live chart of that day. Nothing from later in the session shows early, and the fills are a model, not real bids and asks.
